We offer a personalised onboarding service with one of our Teksperts that includes 2 free one-on-one training sessions. When you click 'start now' below you will be asked a few questions about your business to help us get your account setup and get your training sessions booked.

Please ensure you provide the details we need to make sure you get set up quickly and we can fast track your learning. The process is divided into two parts:

Part 1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your TekMatix account.

Step 2. Onboarding calls: you will be able to book 2 calls. One technical call to go through the technical set up of your TekMatix account and the other is a training call to get you started with the most important features based on your short term goals.

These calls will help you get set up in TekMatix and learn how to use it on a day-to-day basis. We can't wait to help you reach your business goals
